Con la presente si chiede di entrare a far parte dell’associazione sportivo-dilettantistica “Tango-queer Roma” per l’anno in corso come socio/a ordinario/a. A tale proposito dichiaro di aver preso visione e di condividere gli scopi e le finalità e di volersi attenere a quanto esso prevede ed alle deliberazioni degli organi sociali. Il/la sottoscritto/a dichiara di essere informato/a che i dati forniti sono assolutamente confidenziali e acconsente che possano essere utilizzati al solo fine di far pervenire informazioni più dettagliate riguardanti Tango-queer Roma e le attività svolte (ai sensi della Legge 196/2003). Dichiara inoltre di essere maggiorenne. L’aspirante socio dichiara che tutti i dati da lui/lei forniti nella presente domanda di ammissione corrispondono al vero e di seguito sottoscrive e accetta quanto sopra riportato. L’associazione si riserva di annullare l’iscrizione in caso siano sopraggiunti comportamenti non adeguati dell’iscritto o anche qualora possano essere intervenute motivazioni per le quali lo si ritenga necessario. L’iscrizione sarà valida qualora sia approvata la presente richiesta da Tango-queer Roma.

Herewith are asked to join the association sports-amateur "Tango-Queer Roma" for the current year as an ordidary partner. In this respect, I declare to have read and to share the aims and purposes and intends to follow what it provides and the deliberations of the governing bodies. The undersigned declares to be informed that the data provided are absolutely confidential and agree that they can be used only to send more detailed information about Tango-Queer Roma and his activities (in accordance with Law 196/2003 ). He also declares to be of age. The aspirant member states that all the data he/she provided in this application form is true and below subscribes and accepts the above. The association reserves the right to unsubscribe in case they have appeared inappropriate behavior of the member or even if can be intervened reasons why this is considered necessary. The registration will be valid if this reques has been approved by Tango-Queer Roma.
